Meadow View

Naturist Friendly Modern brick lodge holiday home with hot tub & Sauna

Meadow View is our newly refurbished modern brick lodge and former family home set in its own garden with a fresh water pond that runs all year round. It is fully equipped for up to 6 people with hot tub and Infrared sauna. Your large private garden is great for relaxing in, with plenty of seating. The garden can be a real suntrap.

The 6 person hot tub is located on the west side of the lodge and can be accessed through the conservatory. There is an infrared built in sauna just off the main hall entrance into the lodge and is only for your use.

You enter this light and airy lodge through a tiled porch and into a large hall with washing machine, tumble dryer & freezer. Your Infra-red sauna and walk-in shower with toilet are on the left.

From here you enter a large open plan kitchen/ dining room with a large gas range cooker, larder fridge & dishwasher. This fully equipped kitchen has all you need, you can even bake a cake should you wish.

The large dining table for 6 looks out onto the main lawn and bird feeding table. Adjoining this room is a large lounge with a patio door leading to the conservatory and another door into the hallway and the three bedrooms.Family bathroom with wc & shower over the bath.

The lodge is gas central heated & with a range gas cooker. A portable BBQ, sun loungers and pool table in the garage. Sun prarsol on request. Watch the sun go down with a glass of wine in our very comfortable chairs after stargazing in your private hot tub. Please fetch slippers for in the lodge.

During busy times we ask guests to depart at 9am on a Sunday as we need to prepare the lodge for our next guests.

Why not find out more about the wildlife of the area by visiting Radnor Wildlife trust. To get up really up close and personal why not visit the Small Breeds farm & Owl centre just a short drive from the local market town of Kington. For a real treat visit the Gigrin Red kite feeding station and see dozens of beautiful red kites enjoying their daily feed.

Try a trip to Hergest Croft gardens near Kington which is reputed to have one of the finest collections of trees and shrubs in Britain.

Or if the children are feeling active, why not drop by Quackers, a great local indoor play centre whilst you relax with a hot drink.

At the Judges lodges in the local historic market town of Presteigne you can step back into the 1870s  and discover a ‘Victorian Revelation’ in the world of a most unusual household. Whilst you’re in the Victorian mood how about a visit to the beautiful reservoirs of Elan Valley. Then you can enjoy the peace and beauty of Mid-Wales, with a guided ride from the Underhill Riding Stables. Just 5 min drive from the farm. Or maybe visit the cascading waterfall at the frighteningly named Water-breaks-its-neck.

For walkers the farm is on the route of Glyndwr’s path, a 135 mile route from Knighton via Machynlleth to Welshpool, or maybe a stroll along Offa’s dyke which also runs very close to the farm.

Plenty to do and when you’re done come back and relax in the hot tub or sauna.
